For over a decade, the Lake Ray Roberts Area Elks Lodge #2862 has stood as a beacon of fellowship and service along FM 2164 in Sanger, Texas. Nestled near the sparkling waters of Lake Ray Roberts, our lodge brings together neighbors from Sanger, Pilot Point, and surrounding communities who believe that life is better when shared. Whether gathering around the bar for a cold drink after a day on the lake, hosting charity dinners that support local veterans, or cheering together during Sunday football watch parties, our members create real bonds that extend far beyond the lodge walls. The Elks’ core values of charity, justice, brotherly love, and fidelity guide everything we do, from scholarships we award to local high school students to holiday toy drives that bring smiles to North Texas families in need. Any U.S. citizen, 21 years or older, who believes in God and is of good moral character can apply. We welcome men and women from all backgrounds who share our values of charity, justice, brotherly love, and fidelity.
Annual dues are $85 for new members and include access to all lodge facilities, events, and national Elks benefits. Initiation fee is $50. Special rates apply for active military and veterans.
Many social events are open to the public. Hall rental is available for weddings, reunions, and meetings to both members and non-members at competitive rates. Contact the lodge for availability.
Yes, our fully licensed bar serves beer, wine, and spirits. We offer regular food specials including Friday fish fries, Saturday BBQ, and Sunday burgers. Members enjoy discounted drink prices.
General membership meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM. Social events and dinners run throughout the week – check our Facebook page for the latest schedule.
We welcome volunteers for our charity events, toy drives, and fundraisers. You can also donate directly to our scholarship fund or sponsor a table at our annual golf tournament.
